The Journey

From First Call
to Final Hand

Exactly how an event unfolds — week by week, milestone by milestone — so you always know where your night stands and what happens next.

The Timeline

Eight Weeks
to Perfection

This is the standard arc — faster timelines are possible, slower ones are common for charters. Your producer owns every date on this list.

Start Your Timeline
W-8

Discovery Call

A 20-minute conversation: occasion, guests, budget, dates. You describe the feeling; we describe three ways to build it.

W-7

The Proposal

Vessel, format, menu, styling and full costings in a single document. Revise as many times as it takes — most clients approve within two rounds.

W-6

Contract & Deposit

25% locks the vessel, crew and date. From this point your producer is reachable seven days a week — the real work begins.

W-4

Design Lock

Run-sheet, floor plans, menus and branding approved. Invitation link opens; guests register, dietary needs flow straight to the galley.

W-2

Final Briefing

Seating plans, speeches, surprises — every detail walked through on one call. You approve; we execute.

W-1

The Countdown

Weather monitored, manifests confirmed, boarding instructions to every guest. Your only job now: tell people what to wear.

Day

Event Day

Load-in at noon, first guests at six, last hand at midnight. Your producer stays until the strike ends — then sends the photo album.

Your Side

What We Need
From You

Remarkably little — three answers and a signature, and the rest is ours.

01

The Occasion

What are you celebrating, and what should guests feel when the ship docks? One sentence is enough — it steers everything else.

02

The Headcount

A range is fine — twenty to sixty, a hundred-odd. Numbers choose the vessel; the vessel chooses everything else.

03

The Date Window

A fortnight, a month, a season — we will hold dates provisionally while you consult the calendar. Holds are free.

Quick Answers

Can you work with a shorter timeline?

Often, yes — we have produced complete events in three weeks when a vessel was free. Call us before assuming the date is impossible.

Do we meet the crew beforehand?

For charters and salon bookings, yes — a walkthrough aboard is included in the fortnight before your event. Menu tastings are also available on confirmed bookings.

What if we need to postpone?

One free reschedule within twelve months — life happens, dates move. Outside your free reschedule, a modest rebooking fee covers the crew we have already held.
