2. Nature of Our Events
Aussie Cruise Events produces social gaming entertainment events aboard chartered cruise vessels. Our poker tournaments and casino nights use fun-money chips and award prizes of trophies, merchandise and vouchers — never cash wagering. This format operates within Victoria's framework for private entertainment events and charitable gaming.
No real-money gambling takes place at our events. Guests compete for prestige, prizes and charity outcomes — not monetary winnings.
3. Licences and Insurance
- Gaming Event Permit (VIC) GE-84720-196 for charity-format productions.
- Liquor Licence (VIC) 31950827 held through our licensed vessel partners.
- Public liability insurance to $20 million covering all event operations.
- Maritime operations conducted exclusively aboard surveyed commercial vessels with full marine crew.

To exercise any GDPR right, email [email protected] with the subject GDPR Request. We respond within thirty days. For the practical detail of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
