If You Can Describe It, We Can Build It
Bespoke is where our producers do their favourite work. A surprise proposal engineered so the ring arrives with the river card. A product launch where the reveal happens when the last chip falls. A fiftieth built around fifty years of the guest's favourite hands.
The process is collaborative: you bring the occasion and the constraints, we bring eight years of maritime production and a contact book that spans dealers, chefs, performers and pyrotechnicians. Nothing is templated — every bespoke event is a one-off by definition.
The Design Studio
Every booking is engineered end-to-end by our Melbourne production team — no third-party handoffs, no compromise on detail.
Creative Session
A two-hour studio session where your idea gets pressure-tested and expanded into a workable concept.
Full Design Doc
A production document covering creative, logistics, run-sheet and budget — the blueprint your event is built from.
Specialist Crew
Beyond our core team: magicians, florists, pyro techs, bespoke caterers and anyone else the concept requires.
Secret Coordination
Surprise events are our specialty — decoy bookings, cover stories and reveals choreographed to the second.
Theatrical Staging
Lighting design, custom props and scripted moments — events built like a one-act play with your guests inside it.
Zero Templates
No package constraints, no standard run-sheet. If it has been done before, we will suggest doing it differently.
Briefs We've Loved
He played the tournament, she watched from the rail, and the ring was delivered inside a hollowed deck of cards at the final table. She said yes before the trophy was lifted. Eleven proposals and counting — zero nos.
A tech company's product reveal engineered into the tournament itself — screens that had shown the blind clock all night cut to the launch film at the exact final-table moment. Press coverage the brand team called their best of the year.
Fifty years of marriage told through fifty decorated tables, each themed to a year of the couple's life — a tournament where the venue itself was the gift.

Bespoke Questions
What counts as bespoke?
Anything that does not fit a package: unusual formats, surprise elements, non-standard timing, interstate work, or concepts that simply have not been done. If you are unsure whether it is bespoke, it probably is.
Is there a minimum budget?
The Concept tier starts at $9,500. Below that, the answer is usually a heavily customised version of an existing package — we will tell you honestly which route gives you more for the money.
Can you keep a secret?
Surprise events are a specialty — decoy bookings, covert load-ins and rehearsed reveals. Our proposal clients never see it coming, and neither do the guests.
How far ahead do we need to brief?
Three weeks minimum for intimate productions, eight or more for complex staging. The earlier the brief, the more of the idea survives contact with reality.
Bring Us the Idea
The strangest briefs make the best events. Describe the thing you wish existed — a producer will call to tell you whether and how it can be built.
