Client Entertainment That Isn't a Dinner
A poker tournament levels a room faster than any icebreaker: the graduate and the CFO get the same two cards. Our corporate format is engineered for mixed skill — fast teaching sessions up front, team scoring that rewards the whole table, and a final table your marketing team will want photographed.
Brand it as far as you like: logo felts, custom chips, named tables, branded trophy. AV hooks into your own presentation if the event doubles as a launch — we have run product reveals between levels two and three.
Built for Business
Every booking is engineered end-to-end by our Melbourne production team — no third-party handoffs, no compromise on detail.
Events Manager
A single accountable producer handles venue, AV, catering and run-sheet — your EA deals with one person, once.
Team Formats
Squads compete for combined chips — accounting versus sales finally gets a fair contest with a trophy on the line.
Learn-to-Play Session
Twenty minutes of pro coaching before the tournament means nobody sits out — the format that made us famous with corporates.
Presentation Ready
Full PA, screens and lectern for speeches, awards or a launch moment slotted between blind levels.
Simple Invoicing
One PO, one invoice, itemised the way finance likes it. GST breakdown and cost-centre coding on request.
Client Hosting
Dedicated account tables let your team host specific clients — we manage seating so every key account feels seated.
Formats That Work
Our most-booked event: a four-hour evening sail, learn-to-play session, team tournament and awards on the top deck. It finishes with the company trophy presented against the city lights — the photo that lands in every January newsletter.
Half conference, half tournament. Morning sessions in the liner's theatre, lunch on deck, then a client-hosted poker afternoon where your team mingles at named tables. Sales calls have never looked this good.
Teams of eight register as squads with combined scoring and a live leaderboard on the big screen. The format is pure theatre — every knockout moves a department up or down the ladder in real time.

Corporate Questions
Can we run a presentation during the event?
Yes — most corporate events include a 15–30 minute speaking slot between the learn-to-play session and the tournament. Full AV, lectern and screens are included in the Boardroom package and above.
Do you handle invoicing for procurement?
We issue a single itemised tax invoice with GST, work with purchase orders, and can complete vendor onboarding paperwork. Deposit is 30% with balance due 14 days before sailing.
What if our staff can't play poker?
That is the norm, not the exception. The learn-to-play session gets complete beginners tournament-ready in twenty minutes, and team scoring means no individual carries the table.
Is there capacity for 100+ guests?
The Flagship package handles up to 200 across a private deck with overflow lounges for non-players. For larger headcounts we can split the event across two sailings on consecutive evenings.
