Quotes are locked before your deposit lands. If we missed a cost, it is our cost — that policy has survived nine years and eleven hundred events intact.

Is there a deposit to book?
Yes — 25% secures your vessel and date, with the balance due 14 days before sailing. Provisional holds are free while you finalise details.
Do you charge per guest or per event?
Per event. Our packages are fixed-price for a guest range — within that range you can add or release seats without the price moving.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund 30+ days out, reschedule credit inside 30 days, and a full refund if the vessel's master cancels for weather. The complete policy is on our refunds page.
